January 21st, 2008 --
HireSpeed
honors Martin Luther King, Jr.
today. This day is a special day for us, not just because
of his work to achieve racial equality, but more so because his
work made it easier for people to accept that an idea "outside
of the box" could, in fact, be legitimate. As America
embraced this new notion that white and black could be seen as
equals, it opened their eyes to other possibilities, and really
progressed us a nation from the production boom supporting us
following World War II, to the idea boom that drove us to
continue being the strongest economy in the world. It is
this idea boom that sculpted the way
HireSpeed's
management hashes out ideas -- look to historically proven
solutions, then weigh in alternative methods, and weigh them as
the course of action.
December 3rd, 2007 -- As an
active business, you are involved heavily in your community.
HireSpeed
believes that not only should you
serve your clients, and utilize other local services, but also
help in whatever way reasonable. Each
HireSpeed
employee is urged to be involved in
community improvement. This may be by holding public
office, volunteering, fundraising, getting involved in events or
organizations. Our
HireSpeed
-Boston office joins the Holliston
community by substitute teaching. As we believe that
everyone in a community is responsible for pitching in to help,
we feel that our outside business experience can be an asset to
the children of
Holliston
High School, and have offered up our local partner's service
to this cause when needed.
September 6th, 2007 --

August 24th, 2007 -- HireSpeed
has a record summer! Often in the staffing
business, the summertime is the slow-time as many manufacturers
slow down, hiring managers are on vacation, and their own staff
takes time off. This year has been quite the opposite with HireSpeed
recording its best summer on record, with most of the staff
having personal bests. "While we've faced plenty of
adversity in the past year, we've had strong growth. This
summer was not very restful, but we have been so happy to
fulfill our clients' record needs. The largest growth
skill set has been IT, but we've seen it across-the-board as
well. We hope the economy, as well as the strong
contributors we've placed, keeps our clients at the tops of
their respective games.", says Managing Partner, Matt Bowie. HireSpeed
attributes economic growth,
ultra-strong customer service, and excellent process management
as keys to its success.
May 1st, 2007 -- With
companies constantly looking to streamline processes, and save
costs, HireSpeed
sees a strong increase in
its Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO). Since February
of 2007, HireSpeed
has seen an increase in the
needs of its customers for RPO. Often known as Contract
Recruiting, this process allows companies that need to do a lot
of rapid project-based, or seasonal hiring to do just that
without the high cost of hiring new internal staff to perform
these duties. HireSpeed
offers hourly or weekly fee
structures these services, and teams with existing staff to
quickly generate the position descriptions, attract the
candidates, screen out the non-qualified personnel, and
streamline the interview and hiring process. We act as a
transparent agent of the hiring body, and as such expand the
brand image of the company.
March 29th, 2007 -- While
HireSpeed
is a full-spectrum staff
augmentation services firm, it follows the needs of its existing
clients as opposed to many competitors that market in a certain
vertical. HireSpeed
has seen a three-fold
increase in its own ERP staffing and placement activities,
primarily with Oracle and SAP skill sets and has acquired extra
databases and networks to support this. Over 60% of our
business comes from referrals, and these referrals have brought
us into this vertical specialty as a dominant player in the
market in the northeast corridor and west coast as well.
February 12th, 2007 -- HireSpeed
augments it's Maine-based
staffing and recruiting unit by adding more than 35 years of
total industry experience to its existing staff. HireSpeed
's current, and future
clients will benefit immensely from this massive influx of
talent and experience.

request. The purpose of this is to ensure better workplace
safety and reduced risk.
